Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Physically damaged items caused by misuse
  • Products without original packaging

Refund Policy

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos.
